Quality Assurance Team Member

The Quality Assurance Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring that the company’s orders for custom made corrugated plastic products and sheets meet quality standards. This position is responsible for coordinating quality assurance, conducting audits, documenting processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Coordinate QA team to manage day-to-day Quality Assurance responsibilities.
> Ensure corrugated plastic product production meets quality standards
> Manage external calibration schedule of equipment.
> Manage all customer audits.
> Completion of internal audits.
> Support Operations team on day to day running of business.
> Closely work with product designers for new product developments.
> New product launches.
> Support external audit preparation.
> Adhere to compliance with quality requirements and site procedures.
> Drive process improvement by actively identifying potential hazards or non-conformances
