Production Equipment Technician

The Production Technician is required to undertake planning, coordinating, assist supervising and leading of assigned production operator teams in the maintenance and operation of equipment at our corrugated plastic manufacturing factory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and Operations Manager with organising of delivery/return and servicing of corrugated plastic sheets and products.

> Complete inspections, maintenance, and repair of corrugated plastics production equipment and factory machinery.
> Manage the data entry in ERP system for all calibration, servicing, and work orders.
> Assist with the asset planning of Corrugated Plastic's equipment to determine usage and reporting.
> Quality and inspections of equipment to ensure accurate build records and for stocktaking.
> Assist with creating/reviewing of Corrugated Plastic equipment and systems
> Improve function and reliability of corrugated plastic machinery and equipment by analysing performance results, identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
> Maintain safe and healthy work in our corrugated plastics manufacturing and production factory by following and enforcing site environmental health and safety (EHS) policies and procedures, complying with applicable Work Health Safety (WHS) standards.
> Secondary Function, when required to support corrugated plastic warehouse and exporting activities.
